여름방학이 한달도 채 남지 않은 이 시점에 아이 학교에서는 소풍이나 탈렌트쇼, 밴드공연, 뮤지컬, 오케스트라 콘서트 등의 다양한 단체활동을 합니다. 막내가 지금 4학년이고 학교 오케스트라 단원인데요. 오케스트라 디렉터한테 오케스트라 콘서트 일정과 정보에 관한 메일을 받았습니다.

 

 

 

Hello **** Musical Families,

(안녕 ****학교 뮤지컬 가족들)

After a year (or two) of waiting, we are finally able to put on an in-person **** School Orchestra concert!

(1년 (혹은 2년) 기다림 이후, 우리는 마침내 대면으로 **** 학교 오케스트라 콘서트를 할 수 있게 되었어!)

We are excited to finally be able to share our progress with our families and friends.

(우리는 마침내 우리 패밀리들 그리고 친구들과 함께 우리의 과정을 공유할 수 있게 되어서 너무 기뻐)

Our concert will be on Tuesday, May 24th in the ****** Gyms.

(우리의 콘서트는 5월 24일 화요일에 **** 체육관에서 있을거야.)

4th-Grade Orchestra members will need to arrive at 5:40 for tuning.

(4학년 오케스트라 멤버들은 악기튜닝을 위해 5:40에 도착해야해.)

We will present out portion of the concert at 6:00.

(우리는 6시에 콘서트 부분을 선사할거야.)

Musicians should wear white shirts and black pants or a black skirt.

(뮤지션들은 하얀셔츠와 검은 바지나 검은 치마를 입어야해.)

Students have pictures of the concert songs on their iPads, but I will send home a concert packet next week.

(학생들은 그들의 iPad에 콘서트에서 연주할 노래들의 사진을 가지고 있지만, 나는 다음주에 콘서트 패킷을 집으로 보낼거야.)
